Join Our Team

Passion and dedication are more than just buzzwords. When you’re deep in the controlled chaos of a movie set where everybody will be relying on you going the distance to help bring about the best possible product, those qualities make a world of difference. They’re a way of life.

We’ve seen it time and again. The very best people we’ve worked with shared the same qualities: passion and dedication. So when we’re looking for people to work with us, that’s the first criteria we consider. Experience can be gained. Skills can be learned, developed, refined, and strengthened. But you either have the passion and dedication – the love of the game – or you don’t.

Assuming you’re not a don’t, if you’re somebody excited by the magic of movies, there’s little more fulfilling than being a part of bringing them to life. Because when everybody is passionate about what they’re doing, and everybody on the team is on board with the vision and dedicated to the singular goal of ensuring the movie is the best it can possibly be – it really is magic. And not really work at all.

That’s why we’re always interested in meeting people who share our passions and want to work in a creative environment. They’re the people we want on our team.

Don’t you think it’s time we heard from you?

Take a look at the opportunities on the right. If you think you’re a fit for any ot them, use our contact form or send us an email to contactus©valleywind•com. Tell us a little about yourself and what area you’re interested in. Attach your resume. Some positions do require some experience, but entry level crew positions are almost always open and you’d be surprised what you can be taught. An open mind and winning attitude will take you far. After we’ve looked over your email, we’ll set up a meeting and take it from there.

*Note that unless otherwise stated all of our positions should be considered volunteer and non-union (pay may be deferred in some cases). It’s an opportunity for networking, practical experience, and screen credit as well as an opportunity to do productive work in an area you love as part of an awesome team. Plus, when paying jobs do come up, or when others ask us if we can recommend somebody, it’s the people we work with frequently that we go to first.
