ARE YOU READY FOR YOUR CLOSEUP?

Let Valley Wind Productions get you ready with a workshop for young actors who want to shine when the cameras are rolling and the director yells "ACTION".

By working monologues and partnered scenes, students will learn how to behave in front of the camera, break down a script, develop characters. They'll then get to apply some of what they've learned through a simulated audition.

UPDATES ALL ROUND

We've been very lax in updates lately but that doesn't mean things aren't going on. Mostly a lot of planning. Movies, pilots, workshops. And a site overhaul that should be launching in June and will make updates much easier - and therefore more timely. AUDITIONS WRAPPED FOR 2010

Auditions for this year have come and gone and we'd like to thank everybody who made it out. We saw 75 people, not counting a couple of video submissions, and overall were impressed with what we saw. We look forward to working with many of them as the year moves forward and, as always, are only sorry that we won't be able to work with everybody as much as we might like.

But big things are coming, starting with Windrush, which is where most of our effort will fall over the next couple of weeks. Hope to see you there.
